Test Easy ("we", "us", "our") operates the Diagnasis mobile application and the testeasy.online website (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

3. How we use your information
- To create and operate your account and let you book, track, and manage diagnostic tests
- To match you with nearby labs/imaging centers and support doorstep sample collection
- To send you transactional push notifications (booking approved/rejected, in progress, report ready)
- To let diagnostic centers and their staff fulfil bookings you make with them
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Service
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health-related booking data for advertising.
4. Who we share information with
- Diagnostic labs / imaging centers / their staff: the patient name, contact details, address, and test details needed to fulfil a booking you make with that specific center.
- Service providers: Amazon Web Services (application hosting, data storage, file storage for reports/images) and Google Firebase (push notifications, and Google Sign-In authentication). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements: if required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to a lawful request from public authorities.
5. Data retention
We retain your account, booking, and report data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).
6. Data security
Data in transit between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to booking and report data is restricted to authorised personnel and the diagnostic center associated with a given booking. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Location: you can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings; some features (finding nearby labs, doorstep-collection eligibility) will be limited without it.
- Push notifications: you can disable these in your device settings at any time.
- Access, correction, deletion: you can update your profile in the app, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
