Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Diagnasis mobile application and the testeasy.online website (together, the "Service"), operated by Test Easy ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Test Easy is a booking platform that connects patients with independent diagnostic labs and imaging centers for blood tests, health screenings, and imaging scans (such as MRI, CT, X-Ray, and ultrasound), including optional at-home sample collection. Test Easy is not itself a diagnostic laboratory, does not perform tests, and does not interpret or issue medical results.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Diagnostic labs, imaging centers, and their staff who register on the platform are responsible for the accuracy of the center, pricing, and availability information they provide.

3. Bookings

• A booking request you submit is subject to acceptance (approval) by the diagnostic center you book with; the center may also reject a booking, for example if a requested slot becomes unavailable.
• Prices shown reflect what the diagnostic center has listed on the platform at the time of booking.
• Test reports are generated and uploaded by the diagnostic center that performed the test; Test Easy provides the platform through which reports are delivered but does not generate or verify their medical content.

4. Medical disclaimer

Test Easy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Test results and reports are provided by independent diagnostic centers. Always consult a qualified physician regarding any test result or health concern. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately — do not rely on this app.

5. Location and doorstep collection

Doorstep sample collection availability and slot capacity are configured by each diagnostic center and may depend on your distance from that center. Test Easy does not guarantee doorstep collection will be available at every location.

6. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or rejected in accordance with the status rules shown in the app (for example, a booking already marked completed cannot be changed). Refund and cancellation policies for a specific test are set by the diagnostic center you booked with.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by providing false information, attempting to interfere with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Test Easy is not liable for the acts, omissions, or quality of service of independent diagnostic centers listed on the platform, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
